Quality control is a crucial phase in any manufacturing process. It ensures that every component is working properly and meets the necessary performance, durability, and global standards. At Lineomatic, we take pride in our state-of-the-art quality control process that has made use earn the trust of our clients for so many years.
Our quality control process is divided into 5 steps. Each step thoroughly tests and validates each of our machines (industrial paper packaging machine, sheeter machine, etc.) before it is delivered to our customers around the world. Let’s take a deep dive into our quality control process.
Step 1 – Manual & Machine-Based Inspection
Each of our components undergoes rigorous inspection by machines as well as humans. This ensures that every component has accurate dimensions and design specifications as well as overall quality. Components that do not meet the necessary quality standards are immediately sent to scrap.
Step 2 – Surface Treatment
Next, the components pass through advanced surface treatment processes for enhanced resistance to wear and environmental conditions. These include hardening and protective coating. The components are also subjected to a salt test to make sure they are corrosion-resistant. The salt test may extend to up to 10 days.
Step 3 – Traceability System
Every component is assigned a unique serial number and tracked through the entire production process for better transparency, accountability, and identification. Additionally, around 95% of our components are designed and manufactured in-house, giving us better control over their quality. The remaining components are sourced from global suppliers and undergo thorough quality checks before installation.
Step 4 – Performance Testing
Once the machines are fully assembled, they undergo comprehensive performance testing. All the operations are tested under real-world working scenarios. The machines are sent for delivery only after successfully passing the tests.
Step 5 – LLMS Integration
Lastly, our quality control and assurance process does not end at delivery. An advanced real-time monitoring system (LLMS) is integrated into each of our machines. This system allows us to detect faults, get performance alerts, and perform actions on machines installed anywhere in the world. The LLMS integration strengthens our quality assurance process.
Conclusion
All of our machines, whether our exercise book machines or automatic paper packaging machines, go through each of these quality assurance steps. Our quality assurance process showcases our commitment to delivering high-quality machines to our customers around the world.
